Okay.. enough melodramatics. XD Jah, is was me. When this photo was taken I was an apprentice of the lens. I would like to think I am nearing master status now. If you look at my most recent stuff you can see a big difference from this photo of you to the stuff I do now.

So... *STARES* When are you and your sister going to sign up for a photoshoot with me at AnimeFest? *pokepokes* you are going to AnimeFest, Ne? NE!?

I will be opening up my AnimeFest photoshoot scheduling August 4th to the cosplay public. But if you want to secure a shoot time for yourself, your sister and you or a group you are with before that time I would be fine with that because you two... ARE THE BOMB YO!

I remember the first time I took your picture... It was AnimeFest 2006 with a tiny Sony digital point and shoot... XD 2 years later finds me weighed down with professional photogear and the mad skillz to use it.

So whaddya say? Wanna a pro level photoshoot?

Hells yeah, man! Only thing is that Shoe and I work at the same restaurant place and I might not be able to make it to Afest. If I can, I'd be absolutely THRILLED to have a photoshoot with you. I've seen a lot of your recent stuff and I've been itching to get a shoot with you. Unfortunately, I don't think my sister and I will have any of our paired costumes.... I could bring out Schrodinger for her new Integra! I'll have to ponder some ideas on that... it would be pretty strange, but if you're interested I could grab and it might flow a little better.

Seriously, man! I'd be overjoyed to get a shoot with you! Are you going to Onicon this year? We're supposed to be guests and we're making some hella badass FF costumes (amano style). It would make me walk on AIR! Sorry you didn't catch us in Pokemon. I think we'll be bringing that to Afest, if I can make it!!!

We are up in the air, Nessa and I, on going back. Apart from the amazing Cowboy Bebop photoshoot I did I did not really enjoy myself there. I was in a foul mood Friday and didn't feel good Saturday.. XD Some of it was the cons fault and some was just me feeling bad. I always give a con a couple chances to impress me. Onicon has had its first.

Whatever you want to do at AFest, if you get to go. I know Shoe wanted to work with me at AFest too. Work is only 8 hours long, ne? Come to the con after work! PAAAARTY!

With Shoe gone I'll be pulling 10 hour days, probably. If both of us are gone, the boss's wife will wait tables. it's good for her. I also live in Fort Worth with a car older than me that can't take me too far. Y_Y I really hope I can get the time off. I swear, I'll throw a fit like child if I can't go.

Yeah, that's understandable. I enjoyed onicon when I went two years ago (when 12012 went and rocked my socks entirely off) but I couldn't go last year due to money. We've got some ideas to help the cos community there, but if the security is anything like Akon's to the photographers, what's the point? If you do go, come rock with me and the rest of D2P. It'll be fantastic! We've got FF stuff for competition, and some X1999 stuff and maybe some Wind Waker stuff if we can convince our Link and Ganon to go. It'll be bad ass if the con isn't a bunch of dicks.

Given that people crapped on couches, destroyed fixtures, wrote on the walls and got arrested for doing stupid crap... security is probably going to be all up on your asses and I will not work at a con that won't allow me to shoot what I want and where I want to. It's not worth my time.

I am going to a new con next weekend; MechaCon IV in Lousiana. They called me and asked me to be their official photographer so I couldn't say now. This is what I have been working up to for the last 5 years of my con life. I don't want to just go to cons. I want to be a part of the cons. Best way to meet folks like you and hang out and party.

Exactly! That's why I'm excited to be part of Onicon, even though it's probably going to murder me. I want to be able to go out into the community and help people! I've had such a good time just teaching other cosplayers little things here and there to help out (and when it's make-up tips or Wig tips it make a world of difference). These people I meet really brighten up my world and I can't imagine life without them, you know? I have so much fun in this community.

Serious congrats on being invited! I read that on your journal one day while I was passing through Otaku High and I was really excited! I hope you have a fantastic time! Louisiana is a pretty cool place and all the cosplayers from there (who I've met) are fantastic people.

I'm very excited for you, so have a fun time for me, okay?

Understandable. Louisiana is always raining, though... so maybe it'll slow up midday?
